The book, “Medical Medium: Secrets Behind Chronic and Mystery Illness and How to Finally Heal”, first came into my life in October of 2016. It is written by Anthony William who rides shotgun with Spirit of Compassion, to bring healing to the world. Other than a slightly under-active thyroid and some general aches and pains that I attributed… Continue reading When Spirit Guides You

Thank You, I Love You
She was an accidental warrior on the front lines and over the course of her life, she developed a vast repertoire of survival tactics. Most of them would serve to numb the pain of living in a world she did not understand. As she bounced and bumped around in a labyrinth of her own making,… Continue reading Thank You, I Love You
I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me
“Be at peace Dear One. You are beautiful just the way you are. All of your thoughts of imperfection, of not being enough, of being less than, of being fat, of being ugly, of being unworthy to take the big bite out of life’s cake…are just thoughts. They are not true. Come home to yourself. Fully land on this earth and waste no more time being entertained by doubt. There are no limits. You can soar.”

Skittles – the ultimate happy pill? Wait now…that is gold.
Requime for ’18
I am grateful for the abundance of gifts this life has afforded me and I am curiously optimistic for the year ahead. There are rumblings on the other side of the veil that have yet to reveal themselves fully but you can be assured that in true dhar fashion, when the time comes for action, I will be ready to leap. Until then, there is comfort in the stillness… Wishing you all a very Joyous, Prosperous, and Loving New Year!
